Hi I'm Nicole, Mum to a secondary school boy and a primary school girl.

I'm creative, cheeky, impulsive, foul-mouthed and often vague, I am the chick in charge of Nicole Finlayson Photography. I love nothing more than to observe and document interactions between people with my camera. Weddings make me misty-eyed, babies make me clucky and I find myself wanting to share my observation of each and every subject before me with anyone who willing to look!

I love light, I see everything in light and shadow and I will squeal if I think it's pretty!

I also love to draw and paint, to create things from fabric, sing badly in the car and to sleep in. I have a crazy mind that rarely slows down and am always full of silly ideas!
